Biography
Peter Greene was an American character actor. Born in Montclair, New Jersey, he began acting in his mid-twenties after training at the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute in New York. His screen debut came in the 1992 independent film Laws of Gravity.
Greene gained prominence in 1994 and 1995 with roles including Zed in Pulp Fiction, Dorian Tyrrell in The Mask, the lead in Clean, Shaven and Redfoot in The Usual Suspects. He appeared in numerous films and television series, often portraying villains or criminals, with credits including Under Siege 2: Dark Territory (1995), Blue Streak (1999), Training Day (2001), The Bounty Hunter (2010) and episodes of Justified and Chicago P.D.. He continued working as a character actor until his death in 2025.
