Biography
Phil Hunt is a British film producer and financier. He is co-founder and chief executive of Head Gear Films, an investment company, and co-founder of the international sales and distribution company Bankside Films, as well as Bohemia Media.
Hunt began producing feature films in the mid-1990s with low-budget projects. He previously worked as an advertising and music photographer. Through Head Gear Films he has provided finance and acted as executive producer on more than 300 films.
His credits include executive producer on Talk to Me (2023), Black Mass (2015), Pride and Prejudice and Zombies (2016), The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind (2019), Cargo (2017), I See You (2019), The Man Who Knew Infinity (2016), TÁR (2022), Big Game (2014) and The Hurricane Heist (2018). He is a producer on Just Play Dead (2026).
