Biography
Pippa Haywood is an English actress. She was born Philippa Jane Haywood on 6 May 1961 in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, and trained at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School.
Haywood is known for her role as Helen Brittas in the BBC comedy series The Brittas Empire (1991–1997) and as the human resources director Joanna Clore in Green Wing (2004–2006). For the latter she won the Rose d'Or Award for Best Female Comedy Performance in 2005. Her other television credits include Prisoners' Wives (2012–2013), Scott & Bailey (2012–2016) and Bodyguard (2018).
