Biography
Ross Emery, ACS, is an Australian cinematographer. He has served as director of photography on feature films including The Wolverine (2013), The Art of Racing in the Rain (2019) and The Deb (2024).
Emery has contributed to numerous productions as second unit director of photography or camera operator, including the Matrix trilogy (1999–2003), Knowing (2009), Alien: Covenant (2017) and Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings (2021). He has also worked on television series such as Raised by Wolves (2020) and other films including Woman in Gold (2015) and The Giver (2014). A member of the Australian Cinematographers Society since 2000, he is based in Sydney.
