Biography
Roy Pointer (1923–2004) was a British cinematographer.
He worked as director of photography on the television series The Sweeney (1978), Minder (1979–1989) and Van der Valk (1977). His other credits include the films The Girl from Starship Venus (1975) and Secret Rites (1971), as well as episodes of The Benny Hill Show (1978–1979).
Pointer died in London, England.
