Biography
Sasha Alexander, born Suzana Drobnjakovic, is an American actress. She studied film and television at the University of Southern California.
She is known for playing Special Agent Caitlin Todd in the first two seasons of NCIS (2003–2005) and Dr Maura Isles in Rizzoli & Isles (2010–2016). Other television roles include Helene Runyon in Shameless (2011–) and appearances in Friends, House and Dawson's Creek. Film credits include Lucy in Yes Man (2008), Catherine in He's Just Not That Into You (2009) and Melissa in Mission: Impossible III (2006). She has directed episodes of You.
Alexander is married to director Edoardo Ponti.
