Biography
Martha Mitchell is an American television director. Born in Kingston, Jamaica, she graduated from Barnard College and began her career in film and television production.
She worked as a script supervisor on numerous films and on episodes of Law & Order from 1990 to 1996, as well as the pilot of New York Undercover. Mitchell made her directing debut in 1994 with an episode of Law & Order and has since directed episodes of many series, including House (2004), Veronica Mars (2004), The Mentalist, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, NCIS, Blindspot and Chicago Med.
A member of the Directors Guild of America since 1994, she has served on the Eastern Directors Council and the National Board.
