Biography
Scott Reynolds is an American television writer and producer. He began his career writing for the Bruckheimer series E-Ring (2006) before joining the Showtime drama Dexter as a freelance writer on its second season in 2007.
He advanced through the Dexter writers' room, becoming a staff writer for the third season, story editor for the fourth and executive story editor for the fifth. He received Writers Guild of America Award nominations for best dramatic series for his work on the third and fourth seasons. Reynolds later served as writer and executive producer on Marvel Netflix series including Jessica Jones (where he was co-showrunner for the third season), Iron Fist and Inhumans. He has also contributed to Dexter spin-offs such as Dexter: New Blood, Dexter: Original Sin and Dexter: Resurrection.
