Biography
Scott Buck is an American television writer and producer. He began his career writing for sitcoms including Coach and Everybody Loves Raymond, and contributed to the animated series The Oblongs.
Buck joined the staff of HBO's Six Feet Under (2001) in 2002 as a writer and supervising producer. He wrote seven episodes across its run and was promoted to co-executive producer. He later worked on HBO's Rome and served as writer and producer on Showtime's Dexter (2006), rising to showrunner. He created and served as showrunner for the Marvel series Iron Fist (2017) and Inhumans (2017). He received a Peabody Award for his work on Six Feet Under.
