Biography
Sean Albertson is an American film and television editor. He is a member of the American Cinema Editors (A.C.E.).
Born in New York City in 1968, Albertson grew up in the entertainment industry. His father was a musician, chef and film editor, and his mother was a production manager and assistant director. He began working in the industry as a child actor, appearing as an extra in the 1979 film Kramer vs. Kramer, and later pursued music before moving into editing.
Albertson has edited numerous feature films, including Rocky Balboa (2006), Rambo (2008), Warrior (2011), The Expendables 3 (2014), Truth or Dare (2018) and Fantasy Island (2020). He has also worked as an additional editor on Creed II (2018) and served as co-producer on several projects. His television credits include episodes of Heroes and The Vampire Diaries.
