Biography
Stephen Walters is an English actor born on 22 May 1975 in Liverpool. He trained at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School after earlier studies at Southport College and has worked in British television and film since 1989.
Walters is known for character roles including Angus Mhor in Outlander (2014), Zeppo in Slow Horses (2022), and Steve Williams in the ITV drama Anne (2022). He appeared as Davy Crawford in the BBC series This City Is Ours (2025).
He received Royal Television Society award nominations for Best Actor for his performance in the Sky Arts drama Ragged (2013) and for Supporting Actor (Male) for Anne (2023).
