Biography
Steve Eastin (born 22 June 1948) is an American actor, acting teacher and author. Born in Colorado, he began studying acting at the age of six. He received his Actors' Equity card at 16 and attended the University of Northern Colorado. After college he held a fellowship to teach at the University of Arizona, where he made his first Screen Actors Guild appearance in Joe Kidd (1972). He moved to Los Angeles in 1974 and trained at the Charles Conrad Studio.
Eastin has appeared in more than 300 film, television and stage roles. He played Paul Morgan in Catch Me If You Can (2002) and is also known for Field of Dreams (1989), Con Air (1997) and Killers of the Flower Moon (2023). In 1991 he founded the Steve Eastin Studio in Los Angeles.
