Biography

Sung Kang is an American actor. He was born on 8 April 1972 in Gainesville, Georgia.

Kang's first major role was as Han Lue in Better Luck Tomorrow (2002), directed by Justin Lin. He reprised the character in the Fast & Furious franchise, beginning with The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift (2006) and continuing through Fast X (2023).

He has also appeared in films including Pearl Harbor (2001) and Live Free or Die Hard (2007), and played John Mak in the television series Power (2017–2020) and the Fifth Brother in the miniseries Obi-Wan Kenobi (2022).
