Biography
Tahmoh Penikett is a Canadian actor. He was born on 20 May 1975 in Whitehorse, Yukon, and is the son of former Yukon premier Tony Penikett. He trained at the Victoria Motion Picture School and the Lyric School of Acting in Vancouver.
Penikett is known for playing Karl 'Helo' Agathon in the reimagined Battlestar Galactica (2004 miniseries and 2005–2009 series). He later starred as Paul Ballard in Joss Whedon's Dollhouse (2009–2010). His other television credits include recurring roles in Supernatural and Continuum, as well as guest appearances in Stargate SG-1, Smallville and Cold Squad. Film roles include Man of Steel (2013).
