Biography

Rod Hardy is an Australian film and television director. Born in 1949 in Melbourne, Victoria, he began his career directing Australian television drama before making his feature debut with the horror film Thirst (1979).

Hardy moved to Los Angeles in 1992. He has directed episodes of numerous American series including The X-Files (2000–2001), Battlestar Galactica, Leverage, The Mentalist and Supernatural. His television films include Buffalo Girls (1995).
