Biography

Terry Duggan (1932–2008) was a British actor and comedian. Born Terence A. Duggan in Hoxton, London, he had a background in cabaret and variety before appearing in numerous character roles on television and in film from the mid-1960s.

He played Kevin in the film Beautiful Thing (1996). Other screen credits include Nobby in On the Buses (1971), an uncredited role in 2001: A Space Odyssey (1968), and appearances in Performance (1970), The Horror of Frankenstein (1970), Murder by Decree (1979) and Riff-Raff (1991). Duggan frequently collaborated with his wife, actress Anna Karen, including multiple episodes of the sitcom On the Buses.

He was a member of the entertainers' charity The Grand Order of Water Rats.
