Biography

Tim Southam is a Canadian television and film director. Born on 1 October 1961, he began his career directing Canadian films, documentaries and miniseries, including the feature drama The Bay of Love and Sorrows (2002) and the miniseries Trudeau II: Maverick in the Making (2005).

Southam has directed episodes of numerous international series, including two episodes of House (2004), nine of Bones (2005), three of Bates Motel (2013), seven of Colony (2016), five of Lost in Space (2018), two of One Piece (2023) and episodes of Foundation (2021) and The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon (2023). He has also served as a producer on several of these programmes.
