Tom Costain is a Canadian film and television editor. He was born on 24 August 1971 in Georgetown, Ontario.

Costain began his career in the editorial department, working as an assistant editor on films including The Matrix (1999) and Little Nicky (2000). He later became editor on several Adam Sandler comedies, such as Grown Ups (2010), Jack and Jill (2011), Grown Ups 2 (2013), Blended (2014) and Murder Mystery (2019). His credits also include Hustle (2022) and episodes of the television series Grey's Anatomy (2021).
