Biography
Wallace Wolodarsky, also credited as Wally Wolodarsky, is an American screenwriter, television producer, film director and actor. He wrote for The Tracey Ullman Show from 1987 and co-wrote episodes of The Simpsons with Jay Kogen during its first four seasons (1989–1993), serving as producer on the series.
He has written screenplays for films including Monsters vs. Aliens (2009), The Rocker (2008), A Dog's Purpose (2017) and Trolls World Tour (2020), often collaborating with his wife Maya Forbes. Wolodarsky has directed Coldblooded (1995), Sorority Boys (2002), Seeing Other People (2004) and The Polka King (2017). He has appeared in several Wes Anderson films, including Rushmore (1998), The Darjeeling Limited (2007) and Fantastic Mr. Fox (2009).
