Biography
Willard Nico (1897–1967) was an American film and television editor. He worked on several Charlie Chaplin features, receiving uncredited editing credit on City Lights (1931) and Modern Times (1936), and on-screen credit on The Great Dictator (1940) and Monsieur Verdoux (1947).
Nico later edited numerous television episodes, including 72 episodes of The George Burns and Gracie Allen Show (1956–1958) and 48 episodes of The Many Loves of Dobie Gillis (1959–1962). He was born in Ohio and died in Los Angeles.
