Biography
Yang Jin-mo (Korean: 양진모) is a South Korean film editor. He trained in the United States, graduating from Bard College in New York after attending Cherry Hill East High School in New Jersey, and began his career in Korea as an on-set and assistant editor.
He has edited numerous Korean and international films, including The Beauty Inside (2015), Train to Busan (2016), Okja (2017) and Parasite (2019), the last of which brought him an Academy Award nomination for Best Film Editing as well as an American Cinema Editors Eddie Award. He has frequently collaborated with director Bong Joon-ho and edited Mickey 17 (2025).
