Biography
Zach Gilford is an American actor. He graduated from Northwestern University and began his career with guest roles in series such as Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (2005) and Grey's Anatomy (2009).
He is known for his portrayal of Matt Saracen in the NBC series Friday Night Lights (2006–2011). Later credits include Shane in The Purge: Anarchy (2014), Gregg in Good Girls (2018–2021), Riley Flynn in the Netflix series Midnight Mass (2021), and Young Roderick Usher in The Fall of the House of Usher (2023).
