Biography
A. Kitman Ho is an American film producer. Born in Hong Kong in 1950, he emigrated with his family to the United States at the age of five and grew up in New York City's Chinatown. He graduated from Goddard College in Vermont with a master's degree in cinema and continued his studies at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts.
Ho has a long association with director Oliver Stone, serving as co-producer or producer on films including Platoon (1986), Wall Street (1987), Talk Radio (1988), Born on the Fourth of July (1989), The Doors (1991), JFK (1991) and Heaven & Earth (1993). Other credits include Ali (2001), Hotel Rwanda (2004) and Reservation Road (2007). He has received Academy Award nominations for Best Picture for Born on the Fourth of July and JFK.
