Biography
Adam Brown is an English actor and comedian. He is known for playing the dwarf Ori in Peter Jackson's The Hobbit film trilogy (2012–2014) and Cremble in Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales (2017). His other screen credits include Kyle in the series The End of the F*ing World (2017), Mr Gerrard in The Limehouse Golem (2016) and a voice role in The Emoji Movie (2017).
Brown trained in performing arts at Middlesex University, London, where he co-founded the comedy theatre troupe Plested and Brown with Clare Plested. He wrote and performed in the company's shows, including Carol Smillie Trashed My Room, The Reconditioned Wife Show, Flamingo Flamingo Flamingo, Hot Pursuit, Minor Spectacular, Health & Stacey and The Perfect Wife Roadshow. The troupe toured the UK and performed internationally, and Brown has appeared in pantomime and other stage work.
