Biography
Adam Recht is a film and television editor. His credits include the feature films My Week with Marilyn (2011), The Art of Racing in the Rain (2019), Downton Abbey: A New Era (2022), No Way Up (2024) and Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale (2025). He has also edited episodes of series including Victoria (2016) and Poldark (2015).
Recht received BAFTA nominations for his editing on the television productions A Short Stay in Switzerland (2009) and The Ghost Squad (2005). He was nominated for an American Cinema Editors Award for My Week with Marilyn. He has directed and produced several short films, including Brit.i.am (2014).
