Biography
Albert Berger is an American film and television producer. He formed Bona Fide Productions with Ron Yerxa in 1993. Their credits include the feature films King of the Hill (1993), Election (1999), Cold Mountain (2003), Little Children (2006), Little Miss Sunshine (2006), Ruby Sparks (2012), Nebraska (2013) and The Peanut Butter Falcon (2019).
Berger attended Tufts University and received an MFA in film from Columbia University in 1983. He previously worked as vice president of development for Marvin Worth Productions at Paramount Pictures. Berger and Yerxa were nominated for the Academy Award for Best Picture for Nebraska and served as co-executive producers on the HBO series The Leftovers (2014–2017).
