Biography
Ron Yerxa is an American film producer. Born on 18 May 1947, he attended Stanford University and the University of California, Santa Cruz. He worked as a studio executive at CBS Theatrical Films before forming the production company Bona Fide Productions with Albert Berger in the early 1990s.
Yerxa and Berger produced their first film together, King of the Hill (1993), directed by Steven Soderbergh. Their subsequent credits include Election (1999), Cold Mountain (2003), Little Miss Sunshine (2006), Little Children (2006), Nebraska (2013) and The Peanut Butter Falcon (2019). Yerxa and Berger received an Academy Award nomination for Best Picture for Nebraska and an Independent Spirit Award for Little Miss Sunshine.
