Biography
Anthony Boys is a British film and television editor, also credited as Ant Boys. He began his career as a runner, progressing to edit assisting and digitising work before taking professional editing roles on corporate events and motor racing highlights.
His first break into comedy came working with Armando Iannucci on Time Trumpet (2006). He went on to edit episodes of The Thick of It (2005–2012), Veep (2012–2015), In the Loop (2009), Fresh Meat (2011–2016) and The Great (2020–2023), as well as feature films including Absolutely Fabulous: The Movie (2016) and Made in Italy (2020). More recent credits include The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel (2023), Bodkin (2024), The Invite (2026) and Bait (2026).
Boys has received a BAFTA Television Craft Award nomination for editing and other RTS Craft and Design Award nominations.
