Biography
Brian Scully is an American television writer and producer. Born on 10 August 1953 in West Springfield, Massachusetts, he began his career writing for sitcoms including Out of This World before moving into other series.
He wrote three episodes of The Simpsons between 1998 and 1999: 'Lost Our Lisa', the co-written 'Sunday, Cruddy Sunday', and 'Make Room for Lisa'. He also served as co-producer and producer on the series during seasons 9 to 11. Scully has written for Family Guy and produced The Drew Carey Show and The Pitts.
He is the older brother of The Simpsons writer and former showrunner Mike Scully.
