Biography
Charles Bailey is a production designer and art director. His credits as production designer include Dog Day Afternoon (1975), Serpico (1973), Saturday Night Fever (1977), The People Next Door (1970) and The Reivers (1969). He worked as art director on The Front (1976), The Out-of-Towners (1970), The Cross and the Switchblade (1970) and The Fox (1967), and as assistant art director on The Exorcist (1973) and The Brotherhood (1968).
