Biography
Clark Hunter is an American production designer. Born on 18 November 1958 in Whittier, California, he is the grandson of Newbery Award-winning author Carol Ryrie Brink.
Hunter attended Sherwood Oaks Experimental College and the California Institute of the Arts. He began his career in theatre as a stagehand and lighting technician at the La Mirada Civic Theater before moving into film and television design.
His credits include production design on Sling Blade (1996), Road Trip (2000), Old School (2003), Beerfest (2006), The Midnight Meat Train (2008), Carriers (2009), Piranha 3D (2010), The Frozen Ground (2013) and Scary Movie 5 (2013), as well as television series such as Hap and Leonard and NOS4A2.
