Glenn Plummer is an American actor. He was born on 18 August 1961 in Richmond, California.

Plummer began acting in the late 1980s and appeared in Menace II Society (1993) as Pernell and Speed (1994) as the Jaguar Owner. Other film roles include Luther in The Day After Tomorrow (2004), Jonas in Saw II (2005) and Greg Cullen in Gifted (2017). On television he has appeared in series such as ER, Bones, Dexter, Suits and Sons of Anarchy.

He received an Independent Spirit Award nomination for Best Supporting Male for his performance in Pastime (1991).
