Biography

Harry Werksman is an American television writer and producer. He received a story credit for the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode 'The Reckoning' (1998) and wrote episodes of Grey's Anatomy (2005–2006). His other credits include writing and producing work on Farscape, Earth: Final Conflict, The Invisible Man, Veritas: The Quest, Ugly Betty, Moonlight and Castle.

Werksman began in science fiction, contributing to documentaries including William Shatner's Star Trek Memories (1995). He has received two Primetime Emmy nominations and won a Writers Guild of America Award for new series for Grey's Anatomy (2006). He has taught screenwriting at institutions including the American Film Institute.

He has collaborated frequently with writer and producer Gabrielle Stanton.
