Biography
Helen Scott is a British production designer whose credits include the 2011 series Black Mirror, Fish Tank (2009), Wuthering Heights (2011), The Selfish Giant (2013), Living (2022) and Firebrand (2023).
She trained in 3D Design (Interior) at Manchester Polytechnic and began working in television before moving into feature films. Scott has collaborated repeatedly with directors including Andrea Arnold on shorts and features such as Wasp (2003) and Fish Tank, and with Steve McQueen on the Small Axe anthology (2020).
Her work on Living earned a BIFA for Best Production Design in 2022, and her designs for Small Axe won a BAFTA Craft Award in 2021.
