Biography

J. Dennis Washington is an American production designer and art director. He has worked on numerous feature films since the 1980s, often credited as Dennis Washington.

His credits include production design on Stand by Me (1986), Prizzi's Honor (1985), No Way Out (1987), White Men Can't Jump (1992), The Fugitive (1993), Dante's Peak (1997), Shooter (2007), Premonition (2007) and Nebraska (2013). He received a New Zealand Screen Award for best achievement in production design for The World's Fastest Indian (2005).
