Biography
Jennifer Arnold is a television and film director. She attended UCLA's Graduate Film School after studying African history as an undergraduate at UCLA and the University of Nairobi.
Her episodic credits include Shameless (2011), American Horror Story (2011), Brooklyn Nine-Nine (2013), The Last Man on Earth (2015), Emily in Paris (2020), P-Valley (2020) and XO, Kitty (2023). Her feature documentary A Small Act (2010) won the Humanitas Prize and a NAMIC Vision Award and received an Emmy nomination for Best Documentary.
Arnold's independent and documentary work has screened at Sundance on four occasions. She lives in Los Angeles with her wife, cinematographer Patti Lee.
