Biography
Jeremy Davies is an American actor. He played Corporal Timothy Upham in Saving Private Ryan (1998), Snow in Solaris (2002), and Terrence in The Black Phone (2022) and Black Phone 2 (2025). On television he portrayed Daniel Faraday in Lost (2004–2010) and Dickie Bennett in Justified (2011–2015).
Davies won the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest Actor in a Drama Series in 2012 for his work in Justified. He trained at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in California. His birth name is Jeremy Boring; Davies is his mother’s maiden name, which he uses professionally.
