Biography
John M. Foley (1914–1998) was an American film and television editor. He worked on numerous feature films in the 1940s and 1950s, including The Strange Woman (1946), Lured (1947) and A Farewell to Arms (1957).
In television, Foley edited episodes of Star Trek (1966) and Mission: Impossible (1966). He also edited extensively for Desilu Productions, contributing to over 280 episodes of The Lucy Show (1962–1968) and Here's Lucy (1968–1974), as well as episodes of Mannix.
