Biography
Jon Seda is an American actor. Born on 14 October 1970 in Manhattan, New York City, he was raised in Clifton, New Jersey, to parents of Puerto Rican descent. An amateur boxer with a 21–1 record, he auditioned for the 1992 film Gladiator and secured a role, which led him to pursue acting.
His early film credits include Carlito's Way (1993), Twelve Monkeys (1995) as Jose, Primal Fear (1996), and Selena (1997) as Chris Pérez. On television he played Detective Paul Falsone in Homicide: Life on the Street (1997–1999) and John Basilone in the miniseries The Pacific (2010). He is also known for recurring roles as Antonio Dawson in the Chicago franchise, including Chicago P.D. (2014–2019) and Chicago Fire.
