Biography
Keith C. Smith (1921–1996) was an American cinematographer who worked on feature films and television series. He began his career as a cameraman in the US Army Signal Corps during the Second World War. He was the nephew of A.E. Smith, one of the founders of Vitagraph Studios.
Smith served as director of photography on 46 episodes of Mission: Impossible between 1968 and 1970. His other credits include an episode of Star Trek in 1968, as well as work on series such as Wanted: Dead or Alive, Starsky & Hutch, Barbary Coast and Flying High, and television films including The Animals (1971) and Black Noon (1971). He retired in 1983.
