Biography
Lauren A. Schaffer is a film and television editor. She began her career in the mid-1980s as an assistant editor on feature films including Weird Science (1985), American Ninja (1985), American Flyers (1985) and Days of Thunder (1990).
Schaffer has edited episodes of numerous television series. Her credits include The West Wing (2001–2002), Deadwood (2004), Law & Order: Criminal Intent (2001–2002), Rizzoli & Isles (2010), Revenge (2011), The Rookie (2018) and The Summer I Turned Pretty (2022). She received a Primetime Emmy nomination for her work.
