Biography
Lee Daniel is an American cinematographer born on 23 January 1962 in Dallas, Texas. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and co-founded the Austin Film Society with Richard Linklater in 1985.
Daniel has worked as director of photography on many of Linklater's films, including Slacker (1990), Dazed and Confused (1993), Before Sunrise (1995), Before Sunset (2004) and Boyhood (2014). He has also shot documentaries such as Be Here to Love Me (2004) and The Unforeseen (2007). He is the brother of filmmaker Bill Daniel.
