Biography
Michael Klick was an American television producer and director. He began his career as an assistant director on series including Our House and ABC Afterschool Specials before working as a producer on The Pretender (1996).
Klick served as producer, co-producer and unit production manager on 24 (2001), directing several episodes. He held similar producer roles on Homeland (2011), directing episodes and acting as co-executive producer and executive producer. He won Primetime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Drama Series for both programmes, in 2006 and 2012 respectively.
His later credits include executive producer on the limited series Love & Death (2023) and the series Pulse (2025). Klick was born on 20 February 1948 and died on 10 August 2025 in Los Angeles.
