Biography
Brad Turner is a Canadian film and television director and producer. Born in Bayfield, Ontario, he graduated with honours from the Television Arts Program at H. B. Beal Secondary School in London, Ontario. He has directed over two hundred television episodes and thirteen films.
His television directing credits include episodes of Battlestar Galactica (2004), 24 (2004–2010), Smallville (2001), Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis, The Outer Limits, La Femme Nikita, Homeland and From (2022). He served as a producer on 24 from season five, rising to executive producer by season eight.
Turner won a Gemini Award for directing the 2004 CBC miniseries Human Cargo, for which he also received two Directors Guild of Canada Awards. Human Cargo won a Peabody Award in 2005.
