Biography
Natalia Gastiain Tena is an English-Spanish actress and musician. She was born on 1 November 1984 in London and attended Bedales School in Hampshire. She made her screen debut as Ellie in the 2002 film About a Boy, credited as Nat Gastiain Tena.
Tena is best known for playing Nymphadora Tonks in the Harry Potter film series (2007–2011) and the wildling Osha in the HBO series Game of Thrones (2011–2013; 2016). Other credits include Xi'an in The Mandalorian (2019), Katia in John Wick: Chapter 4 (2023) and Inez in the 2025 series Riot Women. She is the lead singer and accordionist of the band Molotov Jukebox.
