Biography
P.J. Voeten is an Australian first assistant director and producer. He began working in the film industry in the 1980s as a unit runner and third assistant director on Australian productions including Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome (1985) and the Crocodile Dundee films.
Voeten has served as first assistant director on numerous international features, including Mad Max: Fury Road (2015), on which he was also credited as a producer, Hacksaw Ridge (2016), Aquaman (2018), Okja (2017) and Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga (2024). He holds additional producer credits on Babe: Pig in the City (1998) and A Little Bit of Soul (1998).
