Biography
Patrick Capone is a cinematographer. He attended the NYU graduate film programme and early in his career assisted and operated for cinematographers including Néstor Almendros, László Kovács and Michael Chapman.
Capone has been a cinematographer on the HBO series Succession (2018–2023). His other television credits as director of photography include Alpha House (2013–2014), State of Affairs (2014) and Little Voice (2020). He has worked as second-unit director of photography or camera operator on feature films including The Greatest Showman (2017), The Big Short (2015), Argo (2012) and American Hustle (2013). He was elected to the American Society of Cinematographers in 2023.
