Biography
Patrick Malahide, born Patrick Gerald Duggan, is a British actor. He was born on 24 March 1945 in Reading, Berkshire, England.
His television credits include Guy of Glastonbury in Blackadder (1983), Mark Binney, Raymond and Mark Finney in The Singing Detective (1986), and the Minister in Extras (2005). He appeared as Detective Sergeant Albert Chisholm in Minder (1979–1988) and as Balon Greyjoy in Game of Thrones (2012–2016). Film roles include appearances in The World Is Not Enough (1999), Billy Elliot (2000), Bridget Jones's Baby (2016) and Mortal Engines (2018).
