Biography
Paula Pell is an American actress and writer. Born on 15 April 1963 in Joliet, Illinois, she is known for her long association with Saturday Night Live, where she worked as a writer from 1995 to 2020.
Her acting credits include voice roles as Mom's Anger in Inside Out (2015) and Inside Out 2 (2024), appearances in Birdman or (The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance) (2014) and Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues (2013), and the role of Tammy Zero in Parks and Recreation. She has also voiced characters in series such as Big Mouth and Harley Quinn.
In 2025, Pell played Nurse Amy in the FX series Dying for Sex.
