Biography
Scott Boyd is a picture editor who has worked primarily in American television. He studied at California State University, Northridge and began his career with an internship at Stephen J. Cannell Productions that led to roles as a post-production production assistant, apprentice editor and assistant editor before becoming an editor.
His credits include episodes of House (2004), Heroes (2006–2009), Monk (2005–2007), Grimm (2011), Alphas (2011), Charmed (2018) and Alert: Missing Persons Unit (2023), as well as the television films Faith of My Fathers (2005) and Flight 93 (2006). He has received three Primetime Emmy nominations for picture editing.
